Yes, that certainly is one of the drop bottom cinder gons. Researching them has proven challenging - I'm having trouble piecing together when they appeared on the railroad. What makes it really puzzling is the numbers on the cars I have photos of don't align with the Freight Car Classification sheets. Have never been able to untangle that puzzle!
