Otherwise, the acrylic paint top layer will simply blend with the weathering layer and create overall gray effect.
CVSNEhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17875631602890773160noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7235592861494546755.post-68352652755718327512019-09-24T08:23:37.650-04:002019-09-24T08:23:37.650-04:00Stanley,

Perhaps I'm doing it wrong?
One thing I want to revisit sometime is salt weathering - I used that technique for some military models and it worked pretty well - but we're talking larger scales than HO.

MartyCVSNEhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17875631602890773160noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7235592861494546755.post-22813289579682143342019-09-20T00:43:52.573-04:002019-09-20T00:43:52.573-04:00Marty really like the way the windows came out.

Will have to try that next time. Do you seal the weathering with Dullcoat or anything, or just go after it once it's dry?ExNavyDochttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11770549284273158750noreply@blogger.com
